Meet Elizabeth
Lifestyle Performance Coach | Nurse | Leader | Mom
I’m Elizabeth—a lifestyle performance coach, registered nurse, healthcare leader, wife, and mom who believes that a great life isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about intentionally creating a life that works for you.
I live in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, with my husband, Keane, our two children, Layla (6) and Blaise (3), and our fun-loving golden retriever, Jax (7). We love being active, spending time outdoors, staying connected as a family, and making the most of the life we’re building together.
Health and wellness have always been a personal passion of mine. But my journey to creating Elevate Life 365 has been about much more than exercise and nutrition.
Throughout my career in nursing, healthcare leadership, operations, and people development, I've spent years helping people improve, creating systems that work, solving problems, and leading others through change. At the same time, I’ve experienced my own challenges balancing career, motherhood, marriage, health, family, and all of the demands that come with a full life.
For much of my life, I operated from a human doing mindset—believing that if I could just work harder, accomplish more, and keep all the plates spinning, I could somehow do it all. I eventually realized that there is a difference between being a human doing and being a human being.
Turning 40 gave me a new perspective. I began to recognize how much I had learned—not just professionally, but through my own experiences, challenges, successes, and seasons of life. I realized that the goal isn't to constantly chase the next version of ourselves.
The goal is to build a life we actually enjoy living.
That's why I created Elevate Life 365.
I created Elevate Life 365 for high-performing people who want more from life—but don't want their health to come at the expense of everything else.
You may be ambitious. You may have a demanding career, a family, a busy schedule, or big goals. You may know what you should be doing but struggle to consistently make it happen.
You don't need another extreme plan.
You need a strategy that fits your actual life.
My approach combines my background in nursing, leadership, behavior change, wellness, operations, and performance to help you create practical systems and habits that support the person you want to become.
I believe anything is possible with the right plan and mindset. But I also believe that the best plan is one you can actually sustain.
You don't have to choose between performing at a high level and taking care of yourself.
You can build a career you’re proud of.
You can be present with the people you love.
You can become stronger and healthier.
You can pursue ambitious goals.
You can take care of yourself without guilt.
And you can do it without living in a constant state of “go.”
